Shredding service

Hello,This UPS store is such a great place and one stop for your shipping needs. The guys there are so helpful, generous, patient and understand the needs of the customer. I came to Canada 2 years back and since then I didn't went to any other store other than this due to high quality service. The prices and timeline they offer are so reasonable and exact. Sent couple of packages to India and they were on time. There is no reason not to give these hard working and nice people a 5-star rating. Cheers guys and keep doing this great work.

I often ship packages to the United States and have tried mailing with Canada Post and an other UPS Store due to closeness of proximity. However, they always caused me anxiety and discomfort; their services were expensive for the quality of customer service. I entered Daniel's store and he immediately took care of my mailing needs with the best attention and intention. He makes me feel at ease with shipping to the United States and is truly dedicated to each of his customers' needs.

I was a tenant with Dymon for two years, and a VIP member: a program whereby you give them $50 and upon move out they give you $100.When I moved out, i had paid a full month ahead and they were supposed to refund me $44.The clerk refunded an expired card so i never received my $144 refund.They said they would fix it, mail me a cheque and get back to me.None of this happened and i still have not received my refund several months later.

I could not praise this company enough. Being a non-profit we could not afford to getting the shredding done as we had lots but not enough funds to carry it out. I approached them personally and without hesitation he gave us the rate that was very generous. We got all our shedding done and did not feel the financial pinch at all. Not only did they do the shredding but they also donated binders that we needed for our programs. This is a business where community service comes before profit making - which is very rare to find these days. Any organization that holds such high values needs more than just support, they need recognition. I thank the owner and his team for their support and highly recommend others who have not used their services to try them out. You will not be disappointed. I give them 6 out of 5 stars for their customer service and their commitment to the community they serve.
